Leadership and experience

The company is led by directors with more than 20 years’ experience in UK adult social care, covering operational leadership, safeguarding, care quality and partnership working with NHS services and hospices. Their experience shapes our governance, staff development and commitment to best-practice care across all services.

Every member of staff completes mandatory and specialist training, receives regular supervision and takes part in ongoing professional development to meet a wide range of needs including dementia, complex and palliative care.

Operational resilience and out-of-hours support

We operate a 24/7 on-call service so families have access to advice and rapid coordination at any time, including evenings, nights and weekends. Our management team can mobilise additional carers, liaise with clinical teams or arrange emergency equipment and supplies when needed.
